All of a sudden, Nayanthara has been saying No to glamour roles. In fact she made her debut in a family oriented role in Ayya. Later on glamorous roles were her priority. Few years ago there were great sensations when the posters of Vallavan were pasted in the walls of Chennai because it contained the lip locking scenes featuring Simbhu and Nayanthara.
Now she has started acting in family oriented roles. In the Telugu film Sri Rama Rajyam, she had donned the role of Seetha and right from that time, she has decided to reduce glamour roles. She is currently pairing with Udhayanidhi Stalin in a film titled Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal. There is no glamour for Nayanthara in this film including song sequences.
