Makaramanju is a Malayalam film which had cinematographer Santhosh Sivan in the lead role. Anbu Imagings are dubbing this film in Tamil with the title Apsaras. Lenin Rajendran has directed this film while Madhu Ambat has handled the camera. Ramesh Narayanan has composed the music.
Raja Ravi Varma is a world famous painter who has drawn the images of the Hindi Goddesses Saraswathi, Mahalakshmi and Draupadi. This film is based on the incidents that take place when Ravi Varma meets a dancer, widow, prostitute and a princess. Karthika, Poorna, Nithya Menon and Mallika Kapoor have donned these roles. The film is being released next month.
