Dhansika stepped in to K town with Peranmai back in 2009. Thereafter she made her way being part of a couple of movies but, it was not until 2012 that Aravaan happened and her role as Vanapechi shot her to fame. What followed was much like a dream come true for this gorgeous belle. She evidently impressed Bala and assured a sure spot in Paradesi, presently the most anticipated movie from the maverick director’s camp, releasing next weekend.
She is presently hopping between the shoots for Vizhithiru and Ya Ya. Her roles in the movies are in parallels.In ‘Ya Ya’ , a romantic comedy, written and directed by debutant I Rajasekaran ( a former assistant to Director M. Rajesh) this damsel is paired alongside Shiva, Santhanam and Sandhya in a glamorous avatar. On the contrary for her role in Vizhithiru, an action thriller, written and directed by Meera Kathiravan featuring Venkat Prabhu, Dhansika, Vidharth and Abhinaya – Dhansika will be seen in a deglamourized role of a slum girl.
Apparently, she has been donning the attire for nearly twenty days remarks Dhansika in a lackluster appearance. Happy to have major portions of her shoots alongside Venkat Prabhu who is a central character in the flick she mentioned her role is very realistic compared to other appearances. Let us hope, she lives up to the mighty expectations vested on her.
