Leading Telugu producer, Lakshmi Manchu has churned out a lot of blockbuster hits. She is the veteran actor Mohan Babu’s daughter. For the first time, her Lakshmi Manchu Entertainment has decided to produce a Tamil film on first copy basis. The film is tentatively titled ‘Bramman’, and will star Sasikumar in the lead. It is heard that comedy sensation Santhanam will act along with Sasikumar in this movie. The film will be directed by Socrates, who has been an associate of stalwarts such as Kamal and Mouli. On official announcement about the movie is expected to come out this week.
Meanwhile, the Telugu flick ‘Gundello Godari’ by the same producer is running successfully and is a hit in Tollywood. The star cast of this film are Aadhi, Taapsee and Lakshmi Manchu. The Tamil remake of this movie is filming under the title ‘Maranthen Mannithen’, and is expected to hit the screens soon.
