It was released around 11.45 pm on the April 20th night. The fans of Ajith Kumar, who were waiting for the clock to tick 12 to wish their favourite hero, were overwhelmed when the teaser was released. In no time, they created a buzz on social networking sites.

Whole day, the fans of Ajith Kumar trended the teaser on Twitter with the hash tag – #Thala53. As the name of the film is not revealed, they choose the aforementioned name to trend on the social networking website.
Billa 2 Record Broken
Ajith Kumar’s earlier film Billa 2 had set a record for viewings on YouTube. It had fetched 552,399 times on the video-sharing site in 48 hours. This record has been broken by his latest untitled film. The latest teaser has got 799,467 (till the time this story went live).
